Disable the legal notice on windows logon for specific group of users.

Resolution
This setting is pushed via MS policy. Please verify if below policy is in place.
Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security options:
Interactive Logon: Message Text for users attempting to logon
Interactive Logon: Message Title for users attempting to logon
If yes, remove the message/text in these fields and update the policy.
