Description
External User getting "The network connection to "Desktop Group" failed with status (unknown client error 0).
Resolution
1. Uninstall Citrix Workspace App.
2. Install the latest LTSR or Current version release.

Problem Cause
An issue existed during the Installation of the Workspace App software, which was preventing a connection from the Client Device to the Virtual Delivery Agent.
