Description
Published app window freezes when moved to a high resolution monitor becoming unresponsive to mouse clicks. Mouse cursor is offset.
Resolution
1- In Studio/Policies, increase the value set for 'Display Memory Limit' policy setting. By default, the display memory limit is 65536 kilobytes.
2- Set the DPI scale to 100%.
On the endpoint device, click on the START button and select SETTINGS/SYSTEM/DISPLAY.
Select the high resolution monitor. Under 'Scale and layout' set the DPI scaling to 100%.

Problem Cause
High resolution monitor (4K or above) needs larger amount of video memory in Citrix session.
