Description
Citrix HD audio driver not properly installed on Virtual Delivery Agent (VDA) machine. Audio will not reproduce via a Citrix session.
Resolution
- RDP into the affected Master Image or the Persistent Virtual Delivery Agent (VDA) Machine
- Navigate to the Uninstall a Program interface from Microsoft's Control Panel
- Remove the VDA software
- Re-install the most current/stable VDA software available on the machine
- Check Device manager and the 'Citrix HD Audio' device driver should be listed within a Citrix session
