Workspace app for MAC introduced support for HDX Webcam redirection for 64-bit apps, and hence support Teams.
Older versions do not support MS Teams for Webcam redirection.
We are currently working on Teams Optimization Pack (contact your Account Manager to get access to EAR) - this technology would allow the Webcam to be accessed directly by the WebRTC media engine in Workspace app.
Issue/Introduction
While launching MS team as a published application , Facetime is not getting redirected inside the ICA session. You might encounter the same behaviour for both 32-bit as well as 64-bit MS Teams.
