Virtual Desktop- 1912- VDI is slow and freezing while using receiver.
Observed that when user clicked any file it is taking few seconds to open and there is a delay while switching between files from task bar.
Resolution
Create below registry Key in VDA
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\Wds\icawd Name: MtuDiscovery Type: DWORD Data: 00000001
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\Wds\icawd Name: MtuDiscovery Type: DWORD Data: 00000001
Problem Cause
MTU Packet Fragmentation.
