Description
Domain Pass-through to the site works correctly in IE11 but Domain Pass-through does not work with other browsers such as Chrome and Edge?
Error: "No logon methods are available on this platform".
It works OK when set to use Username and Password.
Resolution
Check the C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Citrix\storename\web.config file and see if the "protocolhandler" = false
Change it to true and Propagated the changes (if there are more than one storefront servers).
Perform an IISRESET.
Clear the browser cache on Edge as well as Chrome.
Check if issue persists, if yes, then contact Citrix Technical Support.
