Unable to add new Machines to an Existing Catalog or create a new Machine catalog with error - "Failed to copy disk. Reason : HOST_OFFLINE"

Description
While adding new Machines to an Existing Catalog or while create a new Machine catalog, the Machine creation wizard fails with below exception:
Error Id: XDDS:8D0568C3
Exception:
Domain\NewMachineName : [Domain\NewMachineName, Could not locate the master disk image; xxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxx.snapshot to create the virtual machine; Domain\NewMachineName.
Error Details
MachineFailure

Failed to copy disk. Reason : HOST_OFFLINE : OpaqueRef:<Action Reference GIUD>
Resolution
The solution here is to confirm if the HA servers mentioned in the Problem Cause section is Powered on and is not under maintenance and then try to add new machines or create a new machine catalog.
If above above solution is not suitable, then remove\un-check the HA server that is Powered off from the Connection properties and then run the machine creation wizard. If this method is followed, no machines will be created on the excluded Hypervisor host.
Problem Cause
This issue is seen when the Hypervisor Host that is part of the Hosting Unit is offline or is under maintenance.
To check the Hypervisor Hosts in the hosting unit, follow the steps below:
- Open "Citrix Studio".
- Select "Hosting" in the navigation pane.
- Now select the connection that was created at the time of site configuration
- Now click on "Edit Connection" on the Actions pane.
- Then click on "Edit HA Servers" under the Connection Properties.
- This will show the Servers that are part of the connection as shown below.
