How to download scripts for Scout Health check on a Windows Server 2008 R2 Delivery Controller when there is no internet connectivity.

Description

The Citrix Scout health check might fail to run on a Windows Server 2008 R2 Delivery Controller, and the following message appears:

"Check failed.”

The issue might occur when the Delivery Controller doesn’t have internet connectivity.

Resolution

If there is no internet access on the Delivery Controller, you must update the check scripts manually:
  1. Download Checks.zip from https://ctxsupptools.citrix.com/scout/diagnose/Checks.zip .
  2. Extract Checks.zip and copy the extracted folder to C:\ProgramData\Citrix\TelemetryService\HealthCheck\Scripts.
  3. Run Health check: Open ScoutUI.exe, on Health Check and select a Delivery Controller on which you want to run the health check.

Problem Cause

 The issue occurs when there is no internet connectivity in Delivery Controller.
