Instructions

Downloading and Installing: 

1. Download Citrix License Server msi or Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops iso from citrix.com/downloads (Please confirm which License Server version is supported with your Citrix Infra)
2. Install Citrix License Server Windows Server OS 

Reallocating and installing licenses:

1. Refer: CTX115870
2. Restart Citrix Licensing Service to update new licenses
3. Browse Citrix License Management Console to view the licenses

Changing License Server in Virtual Apps and Desktops Site:

1. Launch Studio and go to Licensing tab
2. Click on "Change License Server" and change the hostname

Changing License Server in Provisioning Farm:

1. Run Provisiong Services Configuration Wizard on PVS server
2. Use "Next" button to reach "License Server" configuration page
3. Update the hostname and use "Next" button to finish
Note: There will be an outage and all the streamed VMs will stop in case of single PVS server.

Changing License Server in Workspace Environment Management:

1. Launch Workspace Environment Management Console and go to "About" tab
2. Select "Configure License Server" option and update License server name
