Description
When "Profile streaming" was set to enabled in user profile management, download function on Internet Explorer 11 didn't work. Although the "Save" button was clicked in the download dialog, but no action processed and it could not be downloaded.
The issue didn't occur at the first logon to the VDA. But from the second logon the issue occurred.
Resolution
The issue will be fixed in 7.15CU7. <LD1994>
There are 2 workarounds for the issue.
1. Disable "Profile Streaming" in UPM.

2. Add the followings to the CPM *Profile Streaming Exclusion List* polices:

- Appdata\local\Microsoft\Windows\Inetcache
Problem Cause
UPM driver interfered with opening files in the Internet Explorer when the download function was running.
