XenServer WLB - The connection was reset

Description
When attempting to connecting a Pool to the WLB server, receiving an error "The connection to the WLB server was reset".
The stunnel process is running and the WLB server was rebooted as a troubleshooting step, but the issue still occurs.
Resolution
In some instances, a mis-configuration of certificate validation, when hardening the WLB appliance, may result in this issue. Reversing the configuration is complicated. Rebuilding the WLB server is the recommended method. Rebuilding the WLB server is a fast process that consists in re-importing the appliance.
