H.265 not getting utilized in the HDX session with the below settings:

Studio Policy set: 
    1. Graphic Status indicator - Disabled
    2. Moving Image Compression - Disabled
    3. Optimize for 3D graphics workload - Enabled
    4. Target Frame Rate - 30 fps
    5. Use hardware encoding for video codec - Enabled
    6. Use Video codec for compression - For the Entire Screen
    7. Visual Quality - Always lossless


Fix: 
Please set the Visual Quality policy to HIGH or LOW in Studio.

Note:  H.265 does not currently support lossless, so the engine falls back to H.264 for lossless graphics.
