XenServer Cannot connect to XenCenter and Xapi Wont Start

Description
Connection from XenCenter to host is not possible while SSH connections are possible.
Xapi service is down.
Resolution
- Review the /var/daemon.log and /var/xensource.log for xapi failures.
- Try renaming /var/xapi/state.db to /var/xapi/state.db.backup and starting the service. If it starts then the issue is due to database corruption. If it does not start then it is another issue prior to loading the DB.
- If it is database corruption check the xensource.log for database exceptions.
- If you are not 100% sure how to fix this exceptions reach Technical Support with this information to continue troubleshooting.
