Supplemental Grace Period
When all licenses are consumed, a 15 day grace period is provided for business continuity until new licenses are added, or consumption is reduced. Unlimited connections are allowed during the supplemental grace period. Users are not affected.
Solution 1: Add more licenses to the license server.

Solution 2:
Proceed with below steps to eliminate SGP error, if you have enough licenses:
- On License server locate - C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\Licensing\MyFiles\
- Edit "CITRIX.opt" with Notepad, add "#CITRIX SGPOFF" at the bottom of the file and Save
- Restart all Citrix Licensing and Broker services
- Remove "#CITRIX SGPOFF" from "CITRIX.opt" file under Myfiles folder and save.
- Restart all Citrix Licensing services
*If the above steps doesn't clear the SGP error or if the license server status shows "not connected" on Director, proceed with re-installation of the license server.
Notes:
- The supplemental grace period is not automatically re-enabled once it completes. To re-enable, install additional retail license, which grants a new 15-day supplemental grace period when you exceed the subsequent maximum installed licenses limit.
- For the User/Device licenses supplemental grace period will go active only after consuming all the licenses including 10% overdraft.
Problem Cause
When all the available licenses are currently in use.
