This article explains how an user can reset the Secure Hub PIN if forgotten.

Instructions

if the user has forgotten their Secure Hub PIN then:
  1. On keying in the wrong PIN it would show them the maximum attempts to sign on. 
  1. On exceeding the maximum sign on attempts, user will be prompted to reset the PIN. 
  1. On clicking “RESET PIN”, it would require them to login to Secure Hub using their credentials. 
  1. Once done, user will see a prompt to “Create a Citrix PIN”.
NOTE: User cannot reuse the old PIN.
