Unable to configure Shadow feature in Director 7.15 CU2.

Steps to enable Shadow Feature on Director 7.15 CU2:

1. On the Director server install Feature "Remote Assistance" from Server Manager.

2. Apply Policy From GPO  Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > System > Remote Assistance >  Configure Offer Remote Assistance
   
   And add user account/Security Group who will be Shadowing the user's sessions.
   

3. Save the group policy and go to one of your virtual desktops and do a gpupdate. Then Open local user and group(lusrmgr.msc), Under Groups you would see “Offer Remote Assistance Helpers”. You will see the user you added via Policies.

4. Let the user launch the session. From Director on dashboard, search the user to shadow. Click on Shadow option. It will prompt you to launch the Remote Viewer. Click on Open.

5. Switch to VDA where the user session is Active.  Respond to the prompt as below.

6. Once user has Responded to the request,  The Director user/group will be able to shadow the end user session.
