Description

Citrix SDWAN 210 LTE appliance becomes unresponsive, no traffic flows through it and cannot access the management GUI. The only way to solve it is by doing a hard reboot. After a hard reboot, the SD-WAN service is disabled due to “missing ethernet 1/1”. After another hard reboot, it enables the SD-WAN service again.

User-added image

Citrix SDWAN 210 LTE appliance get hangs. After rebooting

The interface '1/1' does not exist on this system.  If this is a virtual NetScaler SD-WAN, then the config has interfaces defined that are not in the virtual machine.

An SD-WAN 210 LTE Appliance box with two connections suddenly crashes and both the connections stop working. After reboot the appliance starts to work again and the connections are working.

Resolution

Fixed issue in upcoming software version 10.0.5; 10.1.2 and 10.2.0.

Problem Cause

Identified issue with LTE modem driver failed to load properly, which requires a hard reboot on the appliance. This should be the root cause why the service is disabled due to missing 1/1.
