Virtual Desktops 7.18 - USB Printer redirection is not working for Thin clients
Printer Type : Local USB printer

Error message : An error occurred while configuring print queue "Printer Name" in session . Printer driver "Printer Name" may not be used in conjunction with a non-inbox port monitor.

Printer driver may not be used in conjunction with non-inbox port monitor

Same is working fine for Windows FAT clients.
 

Enable COM port and LPT port redirection via policies
- AllowComPortRedirection : Allowed
- AutoConnectClientComPorts : Allow
- AllowLptPortRedirection : Allow 
- AutoConnectClientLptPorts : Allow

Problem Cause

COM port and LPT port redirection was not enabled which was causing it to not work in Citrix/ICA session for Thin clients

"An error occurred while configuring print queue HP LaserJet in session 1. Printer driver HP LaserJet may not be used in conjunction with a non-inbox port monitor." while trying to redirect USB Printers to thin client ICA sessions
