                            Outlook profile fails to load with error "Your Outlook data file cannot be configured. Resolution
                            
                            
                                - Connect VDA through RDP to the VDA with an admin account.
- Delete the local profile from System Advanced Settings.
- Delete all the local user profile folders containing the name of the user.
- Log off and log back in and launch Outlook again.
Problem Cause
