Cannot access the url for SSPR: Getting HTTP error 403.14 :Forbidden

Description
Setup for user configuration has been done. Now when I try to access the sspr url; it doesnt go through. Tried on one machine(SSPR server) and with one user.
Resolution
this is by design that MPM service cannot be browsed with web browser. It only exposes SOAP APIs. So this should not be an issue.
SSPR works along with StoreFront. You need to configure StoreFront to consume APIs exposed by SSPR server. Please refer to https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX224244, especially the “Enable and configure SSPR in StoreFront” section.
If everything goes well, “Account Self-Service” link can be seen on the logon page of Storefront for user to do password unlock and reset
