Where to Start Troubleshooting

Do you get the error when connecting directly to the StoreFront server?
  1. Make sure there are desktops available for the users to connect to
  2. Verify the machine the user is launching is not in maintenance mode
  3. Verify if the VDA is not unregistered
  4. Check if users are not able to resolve the FQDN of the delivery controllers  
  5. Desktops in the delivery group configured to shut down after use did not shut down
  6. Check FAS server if it's able to issue user's certificate 
 
Do you get the error only when connecting through NetScaler Gateway?
  1. StoreFront is unable to resolve the STA server hostnames on the Netscaler Gateway
