Disable features “Enable Intelligent CPU Optimization” and/or “Enable Intelligent I/O Optimization”.

Problem Cause

Enable Features “Enable Intelligent CPU Optimization” and/or “Enable Intelligent I/O Optimization” to reproduce the issue.
