Resolution

Check if NetTcpPortSharing service is enabled and started.
If not, enable NetTcpPortSharing service and Start it.
Or, execute the command from elevated command prompt "sc.exe config NetTcpPortSharing start=demand"
Then start all Citrix services.

Problem Cause

Citrix Storefront service is dependent on NetTcpPortSharing service, since this service was disabled, we were not able to start Citrix  services.

Issue/Introduction

After rebooting Storefront server, Citrix services failed to start. Every time, an attempt to start the service shows nothing but fails to starts the service.
