Resolution

1,For existing anonymous users, change user properties in Local Users and Groups. Session -> Idle session limit, set never

2.For new anonymous users, change registry key on VDA HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix Set "AnonymousUserIdleTime" a suitable value.

Problem Cause

Microsoft set idle session limit for anonymous users 10 minutes by default.
