To guide customers on registering and submitting a Citrix Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) application.

Requirements:

• Citrix Account
• Citrix My Account credentials

Instructions

1. Navigate to citrix.com
2. Hover over "Sign In"
3. Click "My Account"
4. Enter your credentials and click "Sign In"
5. Click "View Non-Disclosure Agreement"
6. Click "New Agreement"
7. Read the entire agreement, using the scroll bar
8. Select "Yes, I Accept"
9. Click "Submit Agreement”.
   • If you chose "No, I Do Not Accept" and would like further information, please contact Citrix Customer Service 1-800-424-8749 Option 2.
10. Click “Return to NDA Home”
    • These steps completes the process. The Citrix Non-Disclosure Agreement page displays confirming your acceptance along with the contract ID and effective date. Click “View Agreement” if you would like to view and read through the agreement. You will also receive an email confirming your acceptance.
