Description
Opening a XenApp published application or domain account login to Windows Server 2008R2 SP1 with VDA 7.15 any CU resulted in an error, “Access is Denied”

Environment
Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.
Resolution
To fix this Access is denied error, add following registry and restart the server.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\
Name: IgnoreRegUserConfigErrors
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 1
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\Kerberos\Parameters\
