Description

Launching process failing, stuck in "Connection-in-progress" an then it fails after a couple of minutes.

Resolution

Disabling DTLS fixes the issue:
set vpn vserver "Vserver_name" -dtls off

Problem Cause

DTLS is enabled by default on the Gateway VIP for NetScaler 12.0 and above. On the capture you will see UDT traffic (UDP port 2598) and then subsequently the server shutting down the connection.
