The following error is displayed due to customized theme on NetScaler Gateway:
Cannot Complete Your Request

Complete the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Verify for the presence of customized theme under VPN Parameters or VPN Virtual Server.
2. Verify if there is Login Page specific customization on the Customized portal and remove the Page specific customization from the Customized portal Theme.
3. Test with default theme
4. Defining the username and password field clashes with the login schemas which are also used to define the layout of the fields on the page.
