Description
After upgrading to VDA 7.15, the applications can be launched but message "C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\system32\IcaImeUtil.exe A referral was returned from the server" pops up.
Resolution
Install the required certificate to the trusted CA in the VDA.
Problem Cause
The certificate required by IcaImeUtil.exe is not trusted by VDA 7.15.
