Description

While running the Configuration wizard it fails to start the network service. Event viewer shows that the soap service has terminated. Soap service is in stopped state and is not able to start the service.

Resolution

Created the following registry key
KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control DWORD ServicesPipeTimeout

Decimal, type 60000,

Problem Cause

Service crashing

Issue/Introduction
