Description
On a server with the 7.15 LTSR CU1 VDA installed, winlogon spams the HKLM\Software\Citrix\Ica\Session(SessionNumber)\InitialProgram key with queries in the over of millions of times on a server with ~30 sessions resulting in higher CPU usage.
Resolution
The issue is fixed under LC9450 and the public fix for this issue is released in 7.15 LTSR CU3.

Problem Cause
Twi3.dll querying initialProgram quite frequent. The query is time consuming and impacts the server performance.
