Description
Customer unable to launch applications and VDA using StoreFront and XenDesktop 7.15 externally through NetScaler Gateway getting error regarding "Unable to allocate memory address"
- Trace shows that customer is getting an internal ICA file
- Beacons on storefront look correct.
Resolution
In Storefront do the following,
- Select the store impacted,
- Select Configure Store Settings.
- Then Optimal HDX Routing -> Direct HDX connection-> manage Delivery Controllers
- Untick impacted Xendesktop farm.
