Randomly user's file explorer instances will crash, causing folders to close and explorer.exe to be restarted.
Resolution
A private fix LC9076 is available for VDA versions 7.15 and 7.15 CU1. The fix is included in the 7.15 CU2 release.
Please contact Citrix Technical Support to validate if the issue is matching the symptoms of the private and then request the private fix if applicable and the upgrade to 7.15 CU2 cannot be done.
