With NS 12.0 56.20 Netscaler Gateway Plugin after logging into Windows.
User Manually clicks on the NSG Plugin twice from the taskbar and they see this pop up constantly in loop for the AlwaysON URL.

This log from the Client Plugin Logs Confirm that VPN Plugin was Launched by user Manually.

13:29:25.594 | DEBUG   | Starting new connection because user opened the plugin window.

This is an expected behavior for AlwaysON URL.

If user opens VPN plugin window, plugin tries to connect to gateway server for getting login from.

This behavior is by design. Users can login to gateway even when they are on intranet and VPN plugin doesn’t have any configuration to disallow login on intranet.

To avoid Plugin getting stuck at this Constant Login Prompt when PC is on internal Network add an internal A record pointing AlwaysON URL to the Netscaler Gateway VIP on the NetScaler.
