Description
NetScaler Gateway does not allow access to intranet site via Secure Web, error: ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
Resolution
1) Check if the website DNS suffix is added on NetScaler.
2) Add Address record of the website under Traffic Management > DNS > Records >Address record.
3) Add the website URL to allowed URLs in NetScaler Gateway > Global settings > Configure clientless access for domains.
4) Bind the intranet application range to the NetScaler Gateway vserver.
