Description

Google Chrome does not remember user login data with any website. Every time users launch Google Chrome in a new Desktop session, they have to type their username even after have enabled the Remember Me option.

Resolution

  1. In WEM admin console go to Policies and Profiles > Citrix Profile Management Settings > Synchronization.

  2.  Enable the setting "Enable File Mirroring".

  3. Add the following Google Chrome files to be mirrored for the user profile:

    • AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default

  4.  Apply the setting and then refresh the Agents under Administration > Agents by right-clicking all the agents and run the first three options.

Note: If Citrix UPM is being managed through Studio or domain GPO, the policy that should be enabled is "Files to Synchronize". Then add to the list the same files mentioned above.

Problem Cause

Missing Citrix UPM configuration in WEM admin console for Google Chrome web browser.
