Guide to create XML profiles to Zebra devices

Zebra has an app that deploys XML profiles for zebra devices, called StageNow, on that app there is also an option to export those profiles to a XML file for MDM, XenMobile in this case. You can download their app here: https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/software/utilities/stagenow.html. Please use the latest version of the StageNow.
 

Once you get the app installed, you can create profiles in there.
 
    
Then you can select among several options how to configure the profile based on the proper MX version that the devices hold, the XpertMode one is where you want to go if you want to go deeper (recommended):
 

 
You then follow the wizard enabling or disabling what has to be done, then you get to the publish stage, where you can Export the profile:
 

 
You have to save it as a regular XML, then you can edit it using your text editor of choice, and add the following on every XML file that will be added to XenMobile:
 

 
Then the action will be performed successfully.
