Installed Citrix Receiver 4.9 LTSR on some of the test VDAs (published desktops) and ever since upgrading from Receiver 4.7 to Receiver 4.9 LTSR (SSON enabled, self-service mode set to false), desktop icons are constantly flashing. Users can still launch applications from the Citrix desktop icons, but the flashing icons affect being able to effectively use the Windows Start menu due to the flash/refresh collapsing the Start menu every time it happens.
