Description
After installing 7.15 CU1, was unable to get profiles to create on the profile store.
There would be a local profile, but the user would still get the message that they are being logged in with a temp profile.
Resolution
Copied the default profile from another functioning W2K16 server to the broken server.
Problem Cause
The default profile was corrupted
