Description
Restrict users to access device settings in Samsung KIOSK mode.
Instructions
- Add Restriction policy
- Select Samsung Safe and Samsung KNOX
- Samsung Safe : Disable Settings Changes
- Do a refresh policy on user device ( SecureHub > Preferences > Device information > Refresh policy )
- Drop down to notification bar and access Settings
- Prompt will appear : Security policy prevents changing settings ( as shown below )
Issue/Introduction
Users should not be able access device settings when the Samsung Tablets are in KIOSK Mode
