If there is only SNI certificate on the virtual server (no default certificate bind to the virtual server), a warning showing "No usable ciphers configured on the SSL vserver/service" will pop up when we bind/unbind ciphers or cipher groups to the virtual server.

Actually, the bind/unbind operation take effect, even through the warning pop up.You can verify it from CLI.

Workaround: 
You can add a default certificate to the virtual server to avoid the warning.
