TLS 1.2 authentication fails while launching the application from reciever 4.2 to 4.9

Description
when connecting to an application via Netscaler and TLS 1.2 mutual authentication is configured. Application launch fails with below error.
ERROR: SSL Error 47: An unclassified SSL network error has occurred. (Error code: error: 14099006: SSL routines: ssl3_send_client_verify: EVP lib)
Resolution
Issue a new user certificate from certification authority on client machine (SHA 256 with Microsoft Enhanced RSA and AES Cryptographic Provider)
Problem Cause
Incorrect user certificate on client machine (SHA1 with Microsoft cryptographic provider 1.0)Additional Information
