Description

Third party application freezes and stops desktop as well. This is random and happens especially with Excel and Outlook.

Resolution

This issue is not related Citrix. The DLP software has conflict with Office. Uninstall it and monitor.

Problem Cause

A DLP software is installed on the VDA,  it will monitor all the file operation on Word.exe and other Office suite applications.
