NetScaler 11.1 - High Availability Sync Failure

Description
The issue is observed when the NetScaler HA is upgraded from 11.0-65.35 to 11.1-55.13, the High Availability synchronization failed.
Executing the command "sync ha files all", below errors are observed on ns.log:

Nov 8 13:00:28 <local0.err> <NAME> nssync: NSAPI_AUTOSYNC_FILES issued failed: Another synchronization is already in process, please try again later
Nov 8 13:00:28 <local0.alert> <IP XX.XX.XX.XX> 11/08/2017:12:00:28 GMT <NAME> 0-PPE-0 : default EVENT STATECHANGE 3222 0 : Device "self node <IP XX.XX.XX.XX>" - State "SYNC Failure - Save remote config failed"
Resolution
Look for the instructions below:
-- nsfsyncd process is running.
-- SSH between the Nodes is Open.
-- Port 3011 is open between the Nodes.
-- This issue could occur, if customer had a Sync VLAN set up incorrectly.
-- Make sure Sync VLAN is set up correct or keep it to None.
