All External receiver Client unable to connect to Backend server when connecting through NetScaler Gateway. customer were disconnected.

Instructions

To terminate a user you can use both CLI and WebUI:
   - When using WebUI, please select Active users & highlight the user to be terminated, click terminate button.
   - When using CLI, you can use: "kill aaa session -userName <user>" command.

If "All" option is selected, & Terminate button is pressed, all users will be logged out.
