When allocating and adding the VPX license it appears that the license that is added has expired as it does not enable the correct features.
Complete one of the following steps to resolve this issue:
Ensure the NTP is configured on NetScaler. For information refer to CTX120952 - How to Configure Network Time Protocol on NetScaler.
Ensure to set correct time using NetScaler shell:
root@sol# date 1710171110
Incorrect date and time set on NetScaler caused the valid license file to not get processed.
For debugging licensing related errors check /var/log/license.log file.
