Geo IP location not working as expected

Description
NetScaler can load balance or redirect the traffic based on the geographic location of the client requesting for the resource.
Example: If a client requesting for a resource is located in India, it would not be able to access the webpage from the servers in NewZealand. However if any client which is local to New Zealand would be able to open the same webpage as NS will be able to detect the GEO IP location and redirect the traffic.
Some times we see the above functionality would not work as expected.
Resolution
The solution would be to run the commands explicitly on the NetScaler CLI.
set locationparameter –matchWildcardtoany yes
If its HA we need to run it in individual nodes.
set locationparameter –matchWildcardtoany yes
If its HA we need to run it in individual nodes.
Problem Cause
Many time Geo IP location database is turned off internally.Issue/Introduction
We have Geo IP location configured, however it does not work as expected.
