StoreFront shows blank icons for the published applications. This issue occurs after introducing a new secondary store in the environment.
If we clear out the icon cache and reset IIS (storeWeb\App_Data\CtxsWebProxyIconCache), the issue gets fixed temporarily.
Open the folder CtxsWebProxyIconCache under the location D:\inetpub\wwwroot\Cirtrix\StoreWeb\App_Data. The Citrix Receiver for Web service and the creator owner should have the following permissions.
The IIS was installed on D drive and it didn't have proper permission on the following folder CtxsWebProxyIconCache under the location D:\inetpub\wwwroot\Cirtrix\StoreWeb\App_Data.
