PVS server becomes unresponsive with numerous event 7011 - A timeout (30000 milliseconds_ was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the Nlasvc service.

Resolution
Solution:
If the ServicesPipeTimeout entry does not exist, you must:
- Click the Start button
- Click Run
- Type regedit
- Click OK
- In the Registry Editor, click the registry subkey HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
- In the details pane, locate the ServicesPipeTimeout entry
- Right-click the entry
- Select Modify
If the ServicesPipeTimeout entry does not exist, you must:
- Create it by selecting New on the Edit menu
- Followed by the DWORD Value
- Type ServicesPipeTimeout
- Click Enter
- Click Decimal
- Enter the new timeout value as 60000 in milliseconds
- Click OK
- Restart the computer
